We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return a vintage item, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to start the return process.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with any tags or original packaging intact.
Reasons for Returns
- Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged item or an item that is not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about an item, you are still eligible for a return. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Carefully repackage the item in secure packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend insuring your return shipment for its full value.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns on items marked as "final sale" or "as-is."
