Has a chip on the bottom, shown in photo. Comes with 9 trees ranging in height from 3-6". The brown mat appears to have a cut out in the back, not pictures. Includes 3 people ranging in height from 2-3". The male person has a missing hand, see photo. Good condition if you're handy with paint.

This item is vintage, over 27 years old. I inspected and determined this piece to be in good condition with some chips on the buildings and a missing hand on one figurine, as shown in photos. There may be minor imperfections that I missed.
